I've been Streaming for 3 1/2 years. Im 24 and I've been significantly ill since I was 16. After having to move back home because of my illness and not being able to drive anymore I started streaming. I've been now here for 3 1/2years on twitch.
After many ups and downs, health going down hill, family members passing, and a content creator harassing me. I really had just lost my hold on streaming and was at rock bottom. I started losing all my hair and swapped to vtubing and the hatred that came from my main game at the time (rocket league) had me miserable. So I gave it up!
That's when I found naraka Bladepoint. August 16th 2021! My biggest inspiration, PewDiePie hopped around with cannon, enjoying himself gaming for once, while the devs were there in chat helping every step of the way! The second I played it I was hooked!
I started now as a vtuber playing naraka and everything changed for me! I met the most kind, loving, and passionate community I'd ever had the honor to be a part of.
Now come December 2021 I financially was struggling and gave myself 3 months to figure stuff out or I'd have to quit streaming and seek out disability.
Yah know what happened? In March 2022 naraka came in followed me, played games on my stream with me, then partnered me! I had for the first time a regular income as a content creator! And my dream and passion back!
I started holding events out of my own pocket as a way to thank naraka and grow my favorite game and community... Then one of the naraka devs Chi noticed and said she liked my fashion shoe and if I wanna do more they'll help promote and fund them!
I started fashion shows, an event for Xbox release, super silly crazy events, I got to play and make content for Holoroth map early, and even play a few rounds with an ign player (or at least get murdered by them xD)! All events advertised and prizes given by naraka. Even having a section in this discord for it all and changing how naraka held events with creators. It's truly been my biggest honor and joy!
Now I find myself just getting twitch partner, attending a streamer talk with creators like tfue! And on my uncapped subathon at day 65 to celebrate it all!
All the while naraka staff congratulating me and giving more opportunities and asking how they can help more. Even taking my ideas and comments to the devs. They have always been so kind and taken so much time to talk to me even before I became partner!
So the reason I "simp" is because behind this game are people. Passionate people who care! And people who care for their community more than any game team I've ever seen! I've been gaming my whole life and I can say this game and this community is something special! This team is something special!
So please take some time to consider this hard working team and to celebrate the positives and not just the negatives.
Mark my words! This game will be bigger than Fortnite and change gaming forever!
