12s newest support Kyra Kyra brings a unique
15s twist to the support role doing a
18s significant amount of DPS while also
20s fulfilling the traditional role of ailer
23s and utility hero with that being said
25s let's go and jump into her abilities so
27s we can get a better understanding of how
30s she's used starting with Kyra's first
32s ability aoral Kyra jumps backwards and
35s generates a light orb which explodes
37s after 2 seconds healing nearby allies
40s and immobilizing enemies with basle or a
43s stunt of course this is Kyra's combo
46s breaker allowing her to try to take back
48s neutral when she is feeling pressure the
51s unique part of her first ability is that
54s it is omnidirectional unlike most combo
57s breakers meaning that if you point the
59s camera at the floor you can actually
60s take her Airborne which combos really
62s well into her ultimate which we'll get
64s into later in the video the best
67s utilization of her ability outside of
69s activating the ultimate is to play
71s around the light orb by dashing into the
74s light orb after activation it will allow
76s you not only to heal but to punish
78s anybody who chases you with a stun

138s nearing KO this ability is going to be
141s used more for Duos and trios as it will
143s allow s Kyra to sit back and heal her
146s allies while they're in a fight this is
148s going to pair very well with people who
150s are heavy engagers such as Yuan and tul
153s who she can attach the auror L2 allowing
157s them to engage safely and anyone who
159s tries to punish them will CCH the crowd
161s control as well as be healed you can
163s also use this in the same way that
165s zaping uses her heal by throwing it in
168s the floor in front of her and dashing
170s into it allowing it to attach to herself
172s making it safe for her to be able to not
175s only get healed but also to crowd
177s control anyone who is overstepping or
179s over pressuring
181s now with Kyra's abilities out of the way
183s let's go into her ultimate so the first
186s variation of her ultimate lights Mercy
188s when activated she gains a light shield
190s for 16 seconds and gets two new
193s abilities the first one being a light
195s beam and the second one being light orbs
197s that she uses like grenades the light
199s beam is pretty straightforward it just
201s deals damage to whoever she's shooting
203s the beam at while her light orbs they
206s explode after a brief delay or upon
208s reaching max range the light orbs do
210s heal her allies but instead of applying
213s Dazzle they just knock the enemies away
216s do be aware she can instantly detonate
218s the light orbs if she hits it with the
220s light beam healing allies and leaving
223s enemies in a dazzled state so if you're
225s looking for The Dazzle you'll actually
227s have to combo throwing the light orb

274s ground it will allow you to go Airborne
276s at the end of the animation if you jump
278s and then activate the ultimate you will
281s recognize that she will hover with that
283s being said you can then do the normal
285s airw walk mecanic which is use an
287s ability then jump or Dash this will
290s allow it to feel like she is flying
293s since she falls so slow that you can
295s stay in the air much longer this is
297s almost similar to when Tarka SS where if
299s you throw the fireball you can then jump
301s to stay in the air the only difference
303s between the two is that she can Dash
305s while in the air and she falls so much
308s slower that it makes it almost feel like
310s she is flying now don't get this
312s mistaken this is not hottie so she
313s cannot fly like hottie however if you're
316s really good at air walking it will
318s almost feel the same this can be done
321s with both variations of her ultimate
324s which we're going to the second one
326s now now going into Kyra's second
329s ultimate light Mercy
331s field this ultimate generally operates
334s the same way as the first two key
337s differences that the light Shield is cut
338s in half going down to 8 seconds instead
341s of 16 but it generates a light field
345s around her that follows her wherever she
348s moves the light field does knock back
351s enemies who are directly next to her to
354s the end of the field so this is a great
356s way for her to create some space if
358s she's being pressured or if she you she
361s can use it to get next to an ally to

373s damage reduction when the ultimate
376s explodes the light field then applies

384s the ability you really want to use if
386s you're fighting with a trios or dual
388s team that has a really heavy engager
390s ccer making it a great combination with
393s this ultimate as it allows them to keep

398s they could take the secondary effect and
401s the healing within the zone for your
403s allies allows you to turn the tid of
404s battle in many a situation now let's go
408s into the build that you'll actually want
410s to run with Kyra as someone who is
412s either a beginner or who likes to play
414s more of a defensive mindset in Tyra
416s playing defensive I would actually
418s recommend running the forc aor as it is
420s your combo breaker and allows you to
422s play around the orb giving you many
424s situations where you'll be able to keep
426s yourself safe in fights and on the
429s ultimate I would recommend running field
432s the reason you run one field is because
433s it will allow you a little bit of
435s distance if you start to take too much
436s pressure also allowing you to take
439s damage reduction and get a big stun
442s which can help you turn the fight even
444s though it has a smaller cool down of The
446s Shield itself this is going to be very
448s helpful for you when you play in team
450s such as du or trios may not be as
453s relevant in solos but it still does have
455s relatively decent application since
457s defense is always the best
459s offense for the glyphs you want to run
461s something very similar as far as what
464s you're going to run so the biggest thing
466s you want to make sure you go is full
467s green on the stamina side this is going
470s to definitely help with you having the
471s dashes that you need to be able to use
474s her ultimate to the full capabilities
476s being able to have that second Das that
478s does not consume stamina with St
480s recovery as well obviously stamina
483s dodging is going to help you and then
485s having the cool down reduction on your
487s skill is going to be very helpful as
489s well because you are going to need that
490s to keep yourself safe when it comes to
492s the red side you're also going to win
494s rage generation as their ultimate is
496s going to be a very powerful asset for
498s her going three into resolve is going to
500s help you when you're taking damage to
501s get that ultimate online outside of that
504s you're always going to want converts as
506s when you do defeat an enemy it gives you
508s exceptional amounts of region that way
511s when you pop that ultimate and get that
512s kill with her damage that she does have

517s get a lot of your ultimate back to hope
518s we get another ultimate taking one point
