Dear players,
The servers of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT will be suspended for maintenance from Sep. 23, 2024 23:00 (UTC) to Sep. 24, 2024 04:00 (UTC). We suggest you log out in advance and enter the game again after the maintenance.

The details for this update are as follows:

Brand New Content I. Alliance 1. In Quick Match and Ranked Mode (below the Asura rank), when teammates leave the battle early in a multi-player team, the last remaining player may use the "Alliance" tag in the Bag page to join forces with other players. If the requirements are met, the player initiating the Alliance will form a new team with other players for that match.
The requirements for Alliance:
  1. Spend 7,500 Dark Tide Coins;
  2. The Alliance must be initiated before the fifth Shadow Corruption starts in the match;
  3. Each player can initiate at most one Alliance per match, and each match can only have a certain number of Alliances.
  4. The Alliance feature is disabled when fewer than 4 teams are left in the match;
  5. When you are in the Realm of Yang, the Alliance process will be paused; when the Realm of Yang ends, it will resume.
When an Alliance is completed:
  • You will exit the Ultimate state if you are in one when the Alliance is activated.
  • When you successfully activate an Alliance, any active Bounty, Protection, and Valiant Challenge
Quests relating to you or your alliance member(s) will be canceled.
The current version allows Alliances of up to 2 heroes.

II. New Events
1. Limited-time event: Alchemy Trials
1. Event Time: From Sep. 24, 2024 Update to Oct. 16, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC)

Event Rules:
  1. During the event, earn Sparks by opening Stashes in Survival modes. Sparks are also obtainable through Showdown. You can acquire up to 300 Sparks per week through these methods.
  2. Tap the Mineralcraft button on the event page to randomly receive Crystals of the same type (consumes 10 Sparks). Collect five of the same Crystal to claim corresponding rewards.
  3. Claim 50 extra Sparks upon first entering the event page each week. The weekly Spark limit and extra Sparks reset every Wednesday at 20:00 (UTC). (First reset: Oct. 2, 2024, at 20:00 UTC)
2. Panda Sign In
Event Duration: Oct. 10, 2024 at 04:00 (UTC) - Oct. 23, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC)
During this event, sign in for 7 days in total to get rewards including limited-edition Accessory, and limited-edition Avatar, Aeon Treasure etc.

3. Righteous Purge
Event Duration: Sep. 25, 2024 20:00 (UTC) - Oct. 9, 2024 20:00 (UTC).

Event Rules:
  1. Gain Lumenrift Wood by completing quests during the event. Lumenrift Wood can be redeemed for rare event rewards.
  2. Finish all daily quests to unlock bonus special rewards.
  3. There are 5 groups of challenge quests, each unlocking sequentially at different times. Completing them will earn you generous rewards.
  4. Redemption for the event ends on Oct. 23, 2024, at 20:00 (UTC). Make sure to redeem your rewards in time.
III. Fairyland Penglai Adjustments Sky-high Racing Update, Mission & Rewards Adjustments
A new track, mission system, and Coin Collection missions offer more dimensions to freshen up the Sky-high Racing experience!

IV. New Preview Feature: Change Scenery A new feature has been added while previewing Outfits, Accessories, Faces, Hairstyles, Ranged Weapon Skins and Melee Weapons Skins: Change Scenery. This will allow players to switch between [Default], [Morning], [Midday], [Dusk], or [Night].

//Dev Note: The four different sceneries are similar to those found in-game and on Fairyland Penglai. We hope that these will simulate the in-game visual environment, helping players create the look that they want.

Hero Adjustments I. Valda Cui
  1. Adjustments to the skill [Water Trap]:
    • It can be charged by holding the button. After a successful charge, releasing the button will set multiple Water Bombs with a shorter binding duration. The large Water Bomb in the center can bind enemies for 1.1 sec, and the small Water Bombs around it can bind enemies for 0.5 sec.
    • Casting the charged move will increase its cooldown time.
  2. Adjusted the Water Bombs generated by [Water Trap] and [Water Trap: Trinity] to bind enemies in the Gold Focus state, unless it's skill-based.
  3. Adjusted the duration of [Rising Tide: Unchained] in duo and trio modes from 20 sec to 25 sec and in solo mode from 15 sec to 18 sec. The damage multiplier of the Water Spear hit has been adjusted from 0.1 to 1.0.
  4. Enemies bound by the Dragon's Coil will no longer break free when hit by a grappling hook.
  5. Removed the skill variant [Water Trap: Array].
  6. Removed the Ultimate variant [Rising Tide: Barrage].
II. Feria Shen
  1. 1. Adjustments to the Ultimate [Mech Mayhem]:
    • While in the Bronze Mech state, clicking the Ultimate button again will expand the Bronze Mech shield, providing a 25% damage reduction effect to nearby allies for 4 sec.
    • Slightly reduced the base durability of the Bronze Mech to match that of [Mech Mayhem: Co-pilot].
  2. All Bronze Mech Ultimate variants now allow double jumping, and the purifying effect that comes with Cannon mode has been changed from a 2-sec delay to an immediate effect.
  3. Adjusted the bullets of [Gunplay: Aim] to break Gold Focus unless it's skill-based, and slightly increased the hitbox of the bullets.
  4. Optimized the beacon interaction of [Mech Mayhem: Co-pilot]. Now, even if a player is interrupted during the transformation process after using the beacon, Feria will no longer lose her remaining Rage, and the beacon will not disappear.
  5. Removed the skill variant [Gunplay: Scattershot].
  6. Removed the Ultimate variant [Mech Mayhem: Restore].
III. Zai
  1. Adjusted the duration of the Flame Ward state for the [Flame Ward] skill from 2 sec to 3.5 sec.
  2. Optimized the hit determination of the skill [Flame Ward: Firestorm] and slightly increased the attack range of the explosion.
  3. For the special vertical strike charged move [Chain Link] of the Ultimate [Chain Scythe], adjusted the casting direction to the aiming direction of the crosshair, shortened the startup frames, and optimized the attack range and knockback effect.
  4. Removed the skill variant [Flame Ward: Ignition].
  5. Removed the Ultimate variant [Chain Scythe: Afflict].
IV. Akos Hu
  • Adjusted the damage of the three consecutive Tiger-Lunging strikes of the Ultimate [Feral Frenzy] from 2.4/2.7/3.0 to 2.7/3.0/3.3, and slightly increased the stun duration these strikes inflict on the Vajra, the Bronze Mech, and the Almighty General.
V. Lyam Liu
  1. Adjusted the flight distance of the Auric Core in the Ultimate [Metal Fusion: Core] from 25m to 22m.
  2. Adjusted the knockback effect suffered by players grabbed by the [Auric Core] when they are automatically released and fly to the farthest point. They will now fall faster after being knocked back.
  3. Increased the duration of the immunity granted after emerging from an [Auric Core] from 3 seconds to 5 seconds.
VI. Kurumi
  • Adjusted the damage reduction for the linked target and Kurumi of her vertical strike moves from 90% to 70% while the [Healing Ray: Defense] connection lasts.
Weapon Adjustments I. Unified Adjustments for Melee Weapons The range used to determine if a Counter is successful or not has been expanded to 360 degrees.

II. Fistblades
  • Slightly reduced the stagger time when the crouching horizontal strike hits enemies.
  • Delayed the timing at which attacks can be followed up after releasing charged moves.
III. Spear
  • Reworked the charged horizontal strikes.
  • Slightly increased the knock-up height caused by hitting enemies with the Uppercut Slash moves.
  • Slightly reduced the movement of the horizontal strikes while sprinting.
IV. Dual-wielded Weapons
  • Optimized the pre-input for transitioning from horizontal strikes to crouching.
V. Katana
  • Adjusted the horizontal [Thunderstrike] move from a Focus attack to a common attack and can be charged. Reduced the damage multiplier from 2.83 to 1.33.
  • Increased the damage multiplier of the first stage of the charged vertical strike from 1.17*4 to 1.26*4.
//Dev Note: The decision-making after the Katana's [Blink Strike] has become a bit too monotonous, so we've adjusted the horizontal [Thunderstrike] move to a common attack to add more branches to the Katana's decision-making.
VI. Heng Sword
  • Reduced the damage multiplier of the first stage of the charged vertical strike from 2.47*2 to 2.35*2.
Souljade Adjustments I. Fistblades Souljades
  • Introduced the new Souljade [Sky Punch].
  • Introduced the new Souljade [Tempest Kick].
  • Reduced the damage multiplier of [Cloud Weaver] from (0.7*3+3.48) to (0.66*3+3.29).
II. Spear Souljades
  • The last hit of [Martial Art·Hexa-Harmony Spear] can now be changed to another direction.
III. Heng Sword Souljades
  • Greatly reduced the duration of the silence effect caused by hitting enemies with the first hit of [Aurora Burst].
  • Reduced the damage multiplier of [Aurora Burst] from (2.25+0.45*12) to (2.17+0.43*6+0.44*6).
IV. Dual Halberds Souljades
  • Reduced the damage multiplier of [Martial Art·Will-Form Hook] from (1.35+0.99*4+1.46) to (1.23+0.89*4+1.33), and increased the recovery multiplier of the last hit from 1.6 to 2.2.
V. Dagger Souljades
  • Reduced the damage multiplier of [Dreadful Wail] from (0.47*10+1.18) to (0.42*5+0.43*5+1.06). 
 
VI. Katana Souljades
  • For [Soul Slash], slightly increased the number of hits and attack duration, reduced the knockback distance and knock up height caused by hitting enemies, increased the damage multiplier of the horizontal strikes from 0.73*8 to 0.56*11, and adjusted the damage multiplier of the vertical strikes from 0.73*8 to 0.58*10.
  • Introduced the new Souljade [Swift Cut].
//Dev Note: Currently, [Soul Slash] causes knockback too frequently when hitting enemies, making it inconvenient for teammates to cooperate in team play. Therefore, we've optimized the knockback distance and knock up height caused by [Soul Slash] when hitting enemies, granting potential for better benefits through in-team cooperation.

In-game Adjustments I. Combat Item Adjustments
  • Players hit by the White Tiger's Prowess roar now gain a 2-sec immunity to the Roar effect.
  • Obtaining the Draco Storm now restores a certain amount of Health, Armor, and Rage.
II. Immortal War Adjustments
  • The Spirit Well now features Divine Beast Powers in the third round just like in the fourth round, and the duration of the buffs gained from capturing Spirit Wells in the third and fourth rounds have been adjusted to 120 sec.
  • After a Spirit Well spawns, it will only persist for 180 sec. If not captured within that time, it will disappear.
  • Slightly adjusted the respawn timing of Spirit Wells.
III. In Ranked/Quick Match Duos or Trios, the cost of Rebirth Charms has been reduced from 9,000 to 7,500.
Out-of-game Adjustments I. Free Training Adjustments
  • Adjusted the order of Fistblades and the relevant Souljades.
II. Profile
  • A section for displaying Heroes has been added to the Profile page. You can display 3 Heroes and their highest associated Titles. Your Mini-Profile has also been updated to display the same heroes as well.
  • A new Hero Score section and new Title display have been added to Profile-Hero Stats
  • Added the option to filter by Hero Score to the Hero list on Profile-Hero Stats.
  • Added a section to Profile-Hero Stats showing the match average for each Hero's special stat, and adjusted the stats shown for Tarka Ji and Matari.
III. Justice Celebration
  • Removed the limit on the number of times a player could participate in the Songbird Arena during a celebration. Players can participate in the Songbird Arena without limit, but can receive 3 Victory Rewards at most.
  • Removed the restriction on the number of Red Packets that could be collected per Red Packet Shower round (previously 3). Now, players can collect as many packets as they can each round.
  • The first 3 packets that players collect in each Red Packet Shower round will be counted as Advanced Red Packets, with more abundant rewards. You can collect up to 27 Advanced Red Packets per week.
  • The Host of a Celebration will get additional Red Packets based on the number of players that participate in each Red Packet Shower round.
IV. Journey's Dawn Revamped the event interface, optimized quest content, and added a [Coming Soon] feature, allowing players to view game modes or features that they are about to unlock.

V. Hero Score Changes
  • Current Hero Score = Hero Score from Ranked Mode + Hero Score from Immortal War
  • Some Hero Score will be carried over into the new Season, with a greater percentage of Hero Score carrying over at lower levels. The maximum possible Ranked Mode Hero Score that can carry over from the Aeon Season will be 6,300. Hero Score from Immortal War will be set to 0.
  • Both modes have a [Threshold] for Hero Score. As long as your Hero Score from that mode is below the [Threshold], you will gain Hero Score faster, and you will gain Hero Score slower while above the [Threshold]. The [Thresholds] increase as your Rank increases, reaching their maximum at Unrivaled Asura (Ranked) and Magnate (Immortal War) respectively.
  • [Threshold] Detailed Rules: Your Hero Score [Threshold] for Ranked modes depends on your Rank, with a maximum number of 5,000. Your Hero Score [Threshold] for Immortal War is based on your current Immortal War Rank Score (Immortal War Rank Score – 3,000), with a maximum number of 4,000.
VI. Hot Potato Counter Adjusted the XP players may earn from each match.

Showdown Adjustments
I. Showdown Event Level [Suffer No Demon] Event Duration: Sep. 25, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC) - Oct. 9, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC)
  1. During the event, you can select this level on the Showdown Map. Complete all Event Quests to get an exclusive Hero Badge, Exhilarating Elixir and other rewards.
  2. While in [Suffer No Demon], Sense Level differences will have no impact on damage dealt and damage received. [Suffer No Demon] is split into two chapters, corresponding to the brand new Auspicious Omens. Using the Auspicious Omen offered by each Chapter will let you defeat any monsters you face with ease.
    Chapter 1: Mystic Waters
    With the exclusive "Water Spears" Auspicious Omen, using Heroes' Skills summon a barrage of water spears, delivering wide-range attacks and swiftly clearing the field!
    Chapter 2: Toxic Shroud
    With the exclusive "Miasma Burst" Auspicious Omen, fallen monsters release a toxic mist, infecting nearby foes and triggering a devastating chain reaction!
  3. This stage will have its own Souljade drops, and is appropriate for trying to collect certain Souljades.
    Chapter 1: [Ice Break], [Sub-Zero Seal], [Thunderproof], [Thunder Counter], [Thunderpull], [Spring's Call]
    Chapter 2: [Cyan Fang·Poison-wielding], [Renewed Vigor], [Noxious Blast], [Miasma Drive], [Pestilent Pool], [Infectious Touch]
  4. Chapter 1 will be available immediately after the event begins. Chapter 2 will be available after Oct. 2, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC).
II. Enigma Peak Made Available
  1. In this season, Enigma Peak features three types: [Thunder-wielding], [Ice-wielding], and [Poison-wielding]. They will all be available on September 26, 2024 at 00:00 (UTC).
  2. In the Enigma Peak, Showdown Souljades drop by various kinds. If you defeat a certain number of Bosses in a single match, you can also receive rewards like Legendary Souljade Choice Gift, exclusive achievements and so on.
  3. Some bosses in the Enigma Peak will have special moves.
  4. Auspicious Omens corresponding to the elements have been added to the Enigma Peak, making it easier to deal with them using the appropriate Souljades.
III. Combat Adjustments
  • Optimized the AI for coordinated attacks between different types of monsters.
  • Optimized the move transitions of [Omnius·Bough], and added some new combos.
  • Optimized the move transitions of [Vinemire], and optimized the knockback distance caused by some moves.
IV. Nirriti's Ruins Adjustments
  1. Reduced the Attack of monsters in solo mode on Nightscream and Legend difficulties.
  2. Changed the Repurpose encounter in the Nirriti Codex to discarding 2 Anima Rings to obtain 1 new Anima Ring; increased the probability of obtaining higher-quality or higher-level Anima Rings in encounters New Beginnings, Only The Strong, and Repurpose.
  3. Adjusted the logic for the appearance of Thundercall Charm and Avarice-related options in the Nirriti Codex; increased the probability of Useless Rocks appearing.
  4. A small amount of Dark Tide Coins can now be obtained when giving up the Secret Anima Ring yielded by certain Nirriti Codex.
  5. Eradicating the Evil and Strike It Rich of the Nirriti Codex will no longer appear in the 13th area.
  6. Slightly adjusted the spawn locations of the Nirriti Codex in the shop area.
  7. Increased the Frostbite added when [Frostbite Blessing II] triggers an Ice Blast from 200 to 350 points.
  8. Introduced the new Anima Rings [Mighty Counter·Heal], [Defuse·Heal], [Element·Heal], [Aegis-break·Assault], and [Dampen·Damage Reduction].
  9. Adjusted the [Burn] damage caused by [HydroFlare Blessing I] melee attacks from 30% per sec to 75% per sec.
  10. Adjusted the [Burn] damage inflicted on enemies by the [HydroFlare·Scorched Cloud] weapon strikes from 13%/26%/39% per sec to 25%/50%/75%per sec by level.
  11. Adjusted the [Burn] damage inflicted on enemies by [Wildfire] from 33%/66%/100% per sec to 50%/100%/150% per sec by level.
  12. The [Burn] damage dealt per second to enemies by the fiery blaze caused by Lv.1 and Lv.2 [Defuse Flame Blade] has been adjusted from 250%/275% of your Attack to 100%/200% of your Attack. Lv.3 has remained unchanged. The duration of all levels [Burn] effects have been reduced from 18 sec to 10 sec.
V. Hero Adjustments
  • Changed Kurumi's horizontal strike from [Thunderstrike] to the horizontal strike finisher after she resolves an attack by [Defuse·Solve].
  • Moved forward the timing at which Yueshan's martial skill [Lightning Hooves] can be dodged and interrupted.
VI. Function Adjustments
  • Added states [Current] and [Other] in the Equip Souljades page, and the hero name who has the Souljade equipped will be displayed in the TIPS of that Souljade. (Consistent with the display when selecting the bonus Souljade on the Souljade Bonus page.)
  • Added the feature to deconstruct individual Souljades. Added a "Deconstruct" option to the dial that appears when clicking on a Souljade.
Store Updates I. New Packs Added Ziping Yin exclusive Pack [Flushed Snow], which contains the Ziping Yin Legendary Outfit [Bai Ethnic·Flushed Snow], Legendary Hairstyle [Bai Ethnic Group·Fluff] and Legendary Accessory [Bai Ethnic·Nature's Beauty]. Standard price: 3,800 Gold; Now: 1,200 Gold. Individual cosmetics have their own discounts, but the Pack discount is even bigger!

II. New Discounts 1. Feria Shen Legendary Accessory [Verdant Guardian·Bamboo Breeze] (unlock it to get a new appearance for Feria Shen's ultimate "Mech Mayhem"). Standard price: 5,200 Gold; Now: 3,350 Gold.

III. New Type of Store for [Extreme Hairstyles]
  • Newly added [Extreme Hairstyles] in the Shop, where Kurumi's Extreme Hairstyle [Petal Reverie] is now available!
  • It takes 50 Cloud Mirror + 60 Floral Dew to redeem for a [Petal Reverie]. Obtaining the Hairstyle will also grant you Kurumi exclusive Debut Pose [Cherry Breeze] and Bubble [Kurumi·Falling Blossom]
  • The price of a Cloud Mirror is 300 Gold.
  • There is a chance to get Floral Dews by opening a Herald Dye Cream Random Gift. (Can be obtained from BATTLEPASS rewards upon reaching Lv. 15 and Lv. 70.)

    Floral Dews can be traded in the Steam Community Market or bought in-game, with a price of 240 Gold.)

    Please note that Floral Dews cannot be traded between console players.
  • Each Floral Dew can be redeemed for 5 Dye Creams in Shop > Item.

IV. Season Treasure Returns!
  • During the event, Tenacity Treasure will return for a limited time.
  • The content and drop rate of rewards in Treasures will remain unchanged.
  • The number of times to trigger a Guarantee for all Treasures will not be reset, and the progress you made on the current season's Guarantee will carry over.

Bug Fixes I. Hero-related Bugs Fixed the issue where Shayol Wei's skill [Shield Bash: Rush] sometimes could not hit enemies.

II. Battle-related Bugs Fixed the issue where the actual stats of the Anima Rings [Enhanced Thunderbolt] and [HydroFlare Enhancement] did not match their descriptions.
