Welcome to our weekly FAQ, where we willl answer our community’s most frequently asked questions; we’ll also offer updates on the continued development of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT.

1. How are you combating racism and abusive behaviour?

We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination and abusive behaviour. If anyone uses racial slurs or personal attacks in-game (voice or text), please report them using the in-game tool for abusive behaviour. Multiple reports on the same player will automatically mute the player in-game and trigger our manual review. We can then take appropriate action against the player and make sure that NARAKA remains a safe and fun game to play for everyone.
