s | starting off we have a new addition to |
s | The Showdown roster you wishon he comes |
s | equipped with the Recently Added pull |
s | sword |
s | his F ability and Showdown is similar to |
s | a standard Battle Royale F3 giving him a |
s | short range leap that affects enemies |
s | with reduced attack power his ultimate |
s | lets him transform into the almighty |
s | General similar to his standard Battle |
s | Royale ultimate but with the added |
s | ability to Parry while transformed many |
s | new souljades were added as well as |
s | Thunder wielding to go alongside the |
s | current ice wielding so now you can |
s | imbue your Jades with ice and thunder |
s | wielding simultaneously now that we've |
s | seen the new stuff let's look at the new |
s | levels on hard mode starting with the |
s | first level of chapter 3. |
s | chaos of the Immortals begins with your |
s | team spread out around 4 chests which |
s | may contain the runestones you need to |
s | advance to the second stage of the level |
s | each chest can be opened once all the |
s | monsters in its area have been defeated |
s | this level introduces two new basic |
s | enemy types |
s | the walking swarm |
s | and the staff wheeler |
s | once you've collected three runestones |
s | the level opens up a second area for a |
s | fight against iron type thing this is a |
s | straightforward single-phase boss fight |
s | whereas normal attacks can be dodged and |
s | spaced |
s | and his blue Focus attacks can be buried |
s | on reaction his moves to look out for |
s | include a multi-attack dash where he |
s | punches at the Apex of his runs |
s | he also has a ground slam attack with a |
s | long wind up and if you see him beat on |
s | his Chastity like this he's about to try |
s | to hit you with his big grab get out of |
s | the way |
s | all right |
s | keep your eyes on him carry his Focus |
s | attacks and Dodge his non-focus attacks |
s | it is always a good idea to equip your |
s | Showdown character with their sap Soul |
s | Jade so you can heal with a Parry |
s | instead of burning through all your |
s | consumable heels whether you're playing |
s | Solo or in a team the life you recover |
s | from your sap Soul Jade will be |
s | immensely helpful |
s | overall this boss fight is not too hard |
s | and you should be able to make quick |
s | work of him |
s | None Shall Pass as a tower defense style |
s | Mission with A continuous flow of |
s | enemies from three areas to a central |
s | point that you must protect if the |
s | lifebar of the Soul altar is fully |
s | depleted you lose to pass this level you |
s | must survive until the time runs out or |
s | defeat All the Monsters including two |
s | bosses |
s | Mountain ghosts will come out after |
s | about three minutes and you may |
s | recognize him from chapter one |
s | most of his attacks are easily |
s | telegraphed by his long wind-up |
s | animations and he's easily parried if |
s | you look for the flash during his charge |
s | he won't give you much of a problem |
s | after six to seven minutes iron to Fang |
s | will come down a lane attempting to |
s | destroy the soul altar we just went over |
s | his attacks so after you defeat him and |
s | clean up any remaining monsters we move |
s | on to level 3. |
s | ah |
s | together we stand is a three-stage boss |
s | fight against omnius's newest form where |
s | he shows us the best cut scene in all of |
s | Showdown so far |
s | in stage one omnius will use two |
s | soldiers as dual maces whenever you |
s | parry Orient he will usually follow up |
s | with an immediate basic attack or blue |
s | Focus attack if he does a second blue |
s | Focus you can get two consecutive |
s | parries on him |
s | his basic attacks are fairly easy to |
s | dodge |
s | and his basic blue Focus attack has a |
s | long wind up Harry after his first spin |
s | he also has a two-hit focus combo that |
s | can be parried on reaction |
s | occasionally he will throw his meses |
s | down to turn them into soldiers for a |
s | brief moment and they will swing to |
s | attack you |
s | this Shockwave leap attack is best roll |
s | dodged or simply jumped over |
s | at a very low percent we will break off |
s | some of his soldiers to fight alongside |
s | him for phase two |
s | there are six staff wheelers and a |
s | walking swarm but his iron tuck Fang |
s | form here will be weaker than in the |
s | previous two levels |
s | defeating him in this weaker form along |
s | with all of his soldiers will initiate |
s | the final phase of the fight |
s | he will transform back into his Oreo |
s | form with a new weapon a large hammer |
s | watch his animations to know when to |
s | dodge |
s | his non-focus attacks usually come in |
s | pairs and he likes to start with winding |
s | up his hammer into a short range |
s | shoulder charge which he then follows up |
s | with a non-focused mix-up |
s | he has an easy to Parry jumping attack |
s | and can still throw a focus attack |
s | immediately after getting punished for |
s | being parried |
s | if you're too far away he likes to close |
s | the distance with a deadly shoulder |
s | charge |
s | the attack is tricky to get away from |
s | and can be devastating when against a |
s | wall |
s | when you see his jet pack get ready to |
s | dodge the Shockwave |
s | sometimes he will follow this move up |
s | with other attacks but make sure to keep |
s | your eyes on him as sometimes he will |
s | back off after the slam |
s | if he does decide to back off this could |
s | be a perfect chance for you to take a |
s | moment to reset and heal up |
s | at 50 omnius will Ascend High into the |
s | air throwing down his hammer to cause a |
s | Shockwave and crashing himself down into |
s | his hammer to cause a second Shockwave |
s | to avoid the damage from this you need |
s | to be high in the air which can be |
s | accomplished by grappling onto this |
s | little piece of rooftop |
s | now that you've been familiarized with |
s | the new character enemies souljades and |
s | boss fight mechanics it's up to you to |
