That’s exactly what was brought to our attention! That pesky perk slithered its way onto the new named legendary ranged weapons and our team has found a fix and will test and implement in the near future!

To clarify fully what this means once the fix is implemented (which it is not yet): Some Blackguard’s Weapons rolled with a plagued heavy strikes perk. This has been changed to Plagued Crits on the Blackguard’s Bow and Blunderbuss, and Refreshing Evasion on the Blackguard’s Fire Staff, Void Gauntlet, and Ice Gauntlet.
I unfortunately don’t forsee that but I’ll bring it up with the team, @shanewilson316!
