[2022] BUG: Ice Pylon ability greyed out when off cooldown

Thank you for your report. We’re actively looking into this issue, but haven’t been able to successfully reproduce it. The more information you can provide the better, including reporting it as it happens in game so we are able to receive telemetry on the issue.
