Für Erste haben wir die Entscheidung getroffen, dass clientgesteuerte Addons, die ausschließlich die Position des Spielers in der Welt verwenden, in Ordnung sind. Wenn sich die Funktionalität jedoch in einer Weise ändert, die gegen unsere Nutzungsbedingungen verstößt, wie z. B. die Integration anderer Websites, um festzustellen, wo sich Adern, Pfade oder sichere/unsichere Bereiche der Karte befinden, werden wir zunächst eine offizielle Änderung unserer Haltung dazu ankündigen und dann Maßnahmen ergreifen.

Verwendet ihr ein Addon, das nur euren Standort abruft?
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist es erlaubt, so etwas zu verwenden. Ihr seid somit auf der sicheren Seite und es werden keine Maßnahmen gegen euch ergriffen. Behaltet unsere offiziellen Kanäle im Auge, falls sich diese Aussage ändert.

The team is still working on opening up downloads for the PTR. Current ETA = as soon as we can (probably at some point in the morning - PT timezone).

We will post an update once we get more info.

I would never get fed up with my players.

But I don’t have anything else to add to the conversation that hasn’t been said by Community Managers or me already.

Luxendra mentioned in an earlier Official News post that we are still talking to Overwolf about how they pull info for the minimaps. If our position changes at all after those conversations are complete, we will let you folks know.

I’m going to close this thread since Forum is not the right place to discuss someone’s appeal, we do have an appeal system and a moderation team working on appeals. No, this would be a dedicated User Research Team, that targets, generates, samples, and interprets data. I think the UX team is more focused on product design changes that improve user experience.

Be sure to check our communications to see updates on exploits, botting, cheats, and the steps we are taking to address them.

It is likely you either haven’t been selected or missed one. We continually run and analyze surveys as a usual way to determine feedback, in addition to the In-Game feedback tool, forums, social, content, etc.

I don’t think polls would help address the cheating problem you are calling out.
The team is tracking all the various exploits, bots, cheats, etc. and are working to address and resolve them.
We are doing through patches that close the gaps, detection, and moderation. We won’t be able to vanquish all forms us cheating at once and this will likely be an ongoing process for some time. But we are committed to addressing it.

Our research team does a lot of this kind of polling through surveys, if you receive a survey in game or when you log out please complete it.

I might get people disappointed in me but I’m actually not a huge fan of cookies. I appreciate the sentiment though!

Welcome to the forums! And sorry about the inconvenience that your are facing with this ban.

I can suggest you to make another appeal, and I will explain you why. We don’t know if it’s an issue or part of the Anti-Cheat system (we can’t speculate, so that’s why is still under review and our dev team is working on it). I can’t tell you that you will be unbanned, however if you can confirm with them and proof that you were not doing anything who goes against the policies, then they will have a solid proof and help you.
