This Wednesday, November 10th, we are releasing the Public Test Realm as the team continues to hammer down on fixes. If these fixes pass validation, we will have a patch this week. We will have news on a potential update by 2021-11-10T20:00:00Z (your local timezone) but our current focus is the Public Test Realm which serves to support our next big update. Thank you for participating in the Public Test Realm (PTR) and helping us knock out bugs and test content before they go live. We appreciate all of your help!

The Public Test Realm will be available from November 10th until our November Monthly Release.

You may need to change your region selection on the PTR Character Selection Menu, as only “EU Central” and “US East” server regions are supported at the start of the PTR.

Please see below for a screenshot of the region select interface at Character Selection.

Again, only US East and EU Central are available for the Public Test Realm.

As we continue to work on cross regional transfers, we wanted to get a better sense of who is wanting to transfer, from where to where, and what sort of features/accommodations you want and/or need.

We’ve examined how this feature could work and there are several different approaches to take, but they have different impacts on time to complete based on how many people we expect to use the feature. So here are some questions for you to help us understand:

• Would you be using cross-region yourself?
• From which region to which region?
• Would you want us to spend more time for a polished user experience (interface etc) or emphasize speed of delivery? We have heard many people say speed of delivery and that is our current focus.
• Would it be major negative to you if a required step was abandoning your house, and that was refunded later?
• Is it ok if in the process of this transfer your character...
