we are restarting the world Neno Kuni in the Region US-West at 6:35am PT to tackle some issues with the world. Downtime should last for 20-30 minutes.

We are working on releasing new worlds for US-West so we are taking some downtime to prepare for this at 3:00am PT (6:00am ET). This downtime is preparation to improve your experience by getting more worlds out in the coming days.

The expected downtime is: approximately 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes).

Once downtime has been completed, we will update this post.

Die Welt Vagon sollte jetzt wieder online und verfügbar sein, einschließlich der Charaktere, die ihr bereits erstellt hattet.

Wie beschrieben, könnt ihr auf der Welt weiterspielen oder, wenn ihr euch dafür entscheidet, eure Charaktere löschen und auf einer neuen Welt frisch starten (inklusive eures Charakternamens).

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Probleme mit der Welt und dafür, dass es so lange gedauert hat, bis eine Lösung bereit war. Bitte lasst uns wissen, wenn weitere Probleme mit der Welt auftreten.

The world should be back online and available, including the characters you already created there. As I wrote before you can continue playing on the world or, if you choose to do so, delete your character and start fresh on a new world.

We apologize for the issues with the world and that it took so long to have a solution ready. Please let us know if you experience any other issues with it.

Update:
We are still working on the problem. Our current plan is to make the world available again (as soon as possible), so that you can either continue playing on your created characters or, alternatively, delete them and then start over on another world with your character names.

Wir arbeiten weiter an dem Problem. Unser derzeitiger Plan ist, die Welt schnellstmöglich wieder verfügbar zu machen, so dass ihr entweder eure erstellten Charaktere weiterspielen oder alternativ löschen könnt, um dann auf einer anderen Welt mit eurem Charakternamen neu zu starten.
