[2020] Goose Grass Crashing Game

I purchased goose grass seeds from a merchant just to see what they are. Tried to plant them and I get stuck in the toolbox overlay as if I'm planting or digging and it won't close. I saved and quit; my save file was corrupted. I followed the prompt to use the backup and it worked to load a previous save (thank goodness for autosave).

Anyone else had this issue? What's the best way to report bugs? I bought the game through itch.io for the justice bundle and have never used that site before now.
