I got a new phone and I need to disable my authenticator and redo it so it’ll work. Everything should be fine and easy but when Jagex sends me confirmation emails and I use the link they provided, it tells me the link has expired or is not valid. After I make the disable request on the RS website, it takes about an hour before I get the email in my inbox. I’ve done this roughly four times and I don’t really know what to do. I don’t know why the link they’re sending me is not working. Any ideas?

This is usually caused by the time on your phone not being the same as your pc.
