[2022] Hello everyone, I am confused!

My partner and I began our Group Iron man Adventure when it started, why not? since on our mains we only play together really with no one else. We quest together, skill together, everything. He never really plays unless I am playing. (Or he is at work and playing on mobile while I'm at home snoozing just doing some AFK skill like fishing) Today he noticed a message on his iron account Ninjashall . He had been temp banned for "Botting" which is impossible. My account is Pirateshall, we are basically identical in every way besides his at work fishing, and my laziness for thieving! Apparently, they found the offence to be May 12th. We only have used the Jagex launcher until this past month we realized Jagex had made a new launcher! We thought GREAT! We can try Runelite while feeling safe. (We've been curious about Runelite but never wanted to try it until jagex did this launch. We loaded it up from the launcher, got to try the HD for the first time (really cool by the way!) all the plug-ins that sounded helpful, and it really helps for quests! We did a bit together getting a step-by step makes it really easy for me as I'm disabled) He, and I really have no clue how he could have got picked up by the system! All we do is play OSRS, and some other games casually! (The offence does say it was Quashed, so does that mean it was a mistake?) I need a J mod to confirm on that. I'm worried he could be perm banned, and we lose the game we love most! We actually met on RS 10+ years ago and been together Irl for 10! So, this game holds something in our hearts.
