[2019] Quashed offense unquashed?

Back in 2014 I got an unfair ban for RWT and after contacting Jagex support they agreed it was unfair and quashed the ban. As you can see from the following screenshot I got another offense after the permaban which proves it used to be quashed: https://i.imgur.com/eHyhT7i.png

However at some point in 2015 my account got hijacked and locked. When I recovered the account the quash for RWT was gone and the account got permabanned for an old quashed offense. Can a jmod look into this because it's very confusing.
