[2020] Leagues - the entire Dorgeshuun content is locked behind Asgarnia quests, yet tasks are under Misthalin

This has been raised up in the Leagues discord over and over and it does seem very odd:

There are at least 5 Misthalin region tasks related to Dorgeshuun content, yet it is all locked behind the Dorgeshuun quest line which requires Asgarnia.

It seems like it wasnt well thought and should have been placed under Asgarnia tasks, because otherwise it's not completable even though most of them are categorized under "easy" or "medium"

It's a Misthalin task because the task occurs while you are in Misthalin and that is generally the default for most of our tasks.

It would be weird for example for Enter the Myths Guild to be a Fremennik task when it infact requires both Fremennik and Kandarin but the activity occurs in Kandarin.

Hope this makes sense, if we had more time we could've had nicer ways to display multi-area tasks in the interface, maybe for next time!
