[2020] Doing the Family Crest quest, i just got the 'perfect' gold ore. But it wont smelt into bars? Is this a glitch? Or am i missing something? (Sorry for the crappy quality I quickly filmed it on my phone)

We're aware of an issue preventing smelting this particular one, we will look to resolve it as soon as we can.
