[2020] When will the hopping restrictions be removed?

You can't pk at certain locations without getting a 1 hour + penalty where you can't login from any account on your IP. You can't do activities where you need to hop around. It's f*cking stupid. I understand the servers are/were under attack but to go from completely unlimited hopping to over 1 hour penalty is stupid.

Can Jagex please let us know what's going on and when this nonsense will end and hopping will go back to normal? Have they even acknowledged it since their post on the official website last week?
