Not sure what happened, but I just lost all my mods with Zahedi! Possibly all my resources too. Has this happened to anyone else this evening? I had everything about an hour ago (all tier 1 and 2, and a handful of tier 3).

We tried that, total waste of time. I got the "please let us know what weapon and armor pieces had which mods you lost".
Really? I said I lost it ALL 🤔🤨
Don't waste your time with support, I gave all info they requested so they could "look" at my account, and nothing.

"All" can mean different things for different people.
A level 25 player losing everything is very different to an endgame player losing everything. The support team ask you such questions because they want to try and give you back everything as accurately as possible, not blanket your account in virtually all unlocks if you haven't yet earned them (as that takes the gameplay out of farming for them).
Holy f**k, they really are useless, aren't they? If I stored the data on my console, this likely wouldn't have happened, or I'd possibly have a backup. Seven back-and-forth e-mails, all with the same info requested and given.
