This sounds like an agent may have sent a wrong reply - I'll try and look into this - /u/i_do_always, was the support team able to resolve this issue? If not, can you provide me with your support ticket number and I'll contact them about it?

Hey man. No worries. Got all my items back and got to play again. It happened the only time I did coop. Going to play with my friend again in the next week, so hopefully it doesn't happen again. Will let you know if it does
