On my second playthrough and this happened right after the defender's heart fight.

XP BAR locked at level 5.

happened after the update 1.1.4d, any fix?

Update: A tooltip bug. It shows the amount of XP for a level incorrectly, but the mechanics are unaffected. Will be fixed soon.
