[2021] Brandsurge + Spell Totem = no explosion

Edit 1: Additionally if brands are created by your totems and you manually cast Brandsurge on them, they will accelerate but not explode.

Edit 2: Brands created by a spell totem can be accelerated by a separate Brandsurge spell totem, but will not explode

Edit 3: Brandsurge does not explode when used by High-Impact Mine Support
