[2021] Domain of Timeless Conflict (5way) bug. Monsters will never respawn. Replicatable. Video included

It's possible to kill every monster and domain will be empty forever (well there will be legion bosses I guess, or maybe not if you can also kill them too fast, it's hard to check because need a lot of dps for that).

For now the solution is to wait 1-2 seconds but it's obviously annoying and makes no sense to wait in path of exile because this game is all about killing monsters and killing them fast.
