Let me start by saying this league launch has been smoother than Usual for Most, but everyone felt crashing every few minutes, trade sites not fully working problems from day 1.

Rather than having a skeleton crew for 2 days right after launch, why not have half crew work Saturday & half on Sunday. I mean knowing that every launch comes with new obstacle it seems an easy solution. Having the crew still maintain 5 day work week by giving them a day off prior to launch & then working the Saturday seems like a good solution to me. For next week, work Sunday & maybe give coming Friday off etc.

I mean League launch where 3 months of work goes into consumer hand should be the #1 priority above anything, even if it means paying overtime for the weekend which most likely is the case.

I'm happy that we are seeing patches everyday since Monday now & just now Zana drop bug fixes was patched, but this could have been done 2 days before if there wasn't a skeleton crew over the weekend is my point.

I'm just saying coz me & my friends/family change our work schedule to work weekend if some important inspection or event is coming up, I'm sure alot of industries/fields do this.

I love GGG & have been Supporting them since Open Beta, this is in no way a mean post, just a discussion & constructive criticism.

This part actually means less people each day. By 'skeleton crew' we mean, developers whose roles are paramount in an emergency. Sys admins, web devs, QA, a few programmers etc. There's no need to, for example, drag artists who are currently on Path of Exile 2 in for launch weekend.
