[2021] Project Bane Bug / Vulnerability Not Being Applied

If I take out Enfeeble, no curse is applied.
If I swap in a level 1 Punishment, both Punishment and Enfeeble are applied.
If I self-cast that same Vulnerability, it applies.
If I swap back to Stygian Bane, both Vuln and Enfeeble apply.

Bane is level 21, all curses are 20 or below.

Thanks for your report, I had a look at this and it looks like both Curses are applying but the icon for Vulnerability just isn't showing up.

We'll look into this.
