[2020] Is there a good reason why we only get the new skill tree a couple of days before leagues launch? Why not let us design builds for a couple of weeks?

We use all the development time we have. If we provided it a few weeks in advance it would change pretty drastically by the time it was live and wouldn't be much benefit for planning.
