So the thing that is not mentioned here explicitly is if console players will need to go into the hideout of the person they whisper to trade or if it will open up some kind of trade window like it does with their Trade Market?

The trade experience will be exactly the same as PC, so you will need to be in the same instance as the other person to complete the trade.
