Perforate never ever triggers poison on hit, even though I think it should. I also tested Blade Vortex/Splitting Steel and many other abilities for poison on hit just with the ring.

None of them work to create poison stacks via the golden rule. As a matter of fact, the only ability I have been able to get to trigger so far with poison is leap slam.

Perforate won't even trigger poison on hit with a level 21 poison gem in and icefang, but it seems like the skill should technically poison on hit, and reflect back with the golden rule.

Thanks for your report, are you supporting these skills with Brutality? This will cause you to deal no Chaos Damage and Poison will not be applied.
