Is there a chance for today and do we get a post then it is done?
I don't mean to speak for the team prematurely (as they aren't awake currently and they're the ones that will look into it), but if a change is occurring then it will almost certainly need to be today. I would expect them to post at least saying the hotfix occurred, but don't expect a specific number as we don't usually comment on exact drop probability changes. Don't worry, I'll keep a close eye on this.
Could you give us a bit more information on the "changing over time base map drop rate"? Does this mean you try to rebalance the base drops each league based on how many maps you expect players to get from the league content?
We do, and sometimes we get it wrong.
