[2023] Anyone have any go-to perfection strategies?

I’ve had a really hard time trying to figure out efficiency and economy in Perfection after the new update. Winning is no problem, but the HOW is the problem for me. I’m not scoring like I used to and usually get discouraged halfway through when I can clearly see I won’t get more than 80k which is a poverty score anyways. If there is anyone with a go-to tribe and strategy, please spill? My old go to was custom houses and ports in turns 10-15 and start with the temples 17-19. Take over the map too by turn 25, etc.
