[2023] Lost purchased civilisations

Has anyone had an issue that when they installed polytopia on a new phone they lost all the civilisations they had purchased?

Mine was linked to my Google play account so I assumed my purchases and progress would all come across to my new phone but they haven't.

Apologies if this was in the FAQ, I couldn't open it for some reason.
