[2022] Remove or Nerf Blue Chip from Deston

We all called it. This feature breaks Deston. Remember using tactics to: choose your fight, choose your route of engagement/flank/rotation, choose the timing, choose the target? This no longer exists.

Most fights happen within 100m. The only counters are having your own blue chip or just bailing and relocating the fight to wide-open terrain where the hack is useless.

I'm torn between never using it out of personal integrity, or abusing it to further upset the community so that the devs take notice.

It needs to be removed, or there needs to a huge nerf. Duration like a jammer pack. Rare spawn inside of flare crates. Only 'X' amount of detectors on the map. Visibility of scan is limited and reduced. The current "takes up a weapon slot" only matters in solos, if at all.
