hey Steve, after seeing luke from STK crashing in pcs6 finals live and famous streamers like chocotaco even stopped playing pubg due to all the crashes, don't you think pubg should fix the game instead of telling people that the issue is on users side? this is really frustrating.

I hope to see the crashing issues fixed asap and the causes found no matter where they originate from. I do not cheer for crashing issues nor want to read about people experiencing these issues and not being able to resolve them. I am a gamer just as much as you are and know what it feels to be frustrated when something isn't working as it should. We've been working closely with the dev team for several weeks now. Sharing player sentiment, reports, various community fixes that were shared by players who have found the issues on their machines and resolved them, crash reports. So far, the team has not been able to identify an issue on the game's end. This does not mean that we will stop forwarding your reports and suggesting fixes we see have been reported and have worked for players who experienced issues.

I found this in Windows logs after PUBG crashed (again):

Path of the faulting application: C:\Program Files\Common Files\UNCHEATER\ucldr_battlegrounds_gl.exe

Path of the faulty module: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

https://pastebin.com/neakJLTg

Yup, corrupted system file, performing DISM then SFC should resolve your crashing issue. You can find how to do that in this guide:

https://na.battlegrounds.pubg.com/crashing-performance-connectivity-troubleshooting-guides/

Ntdll.dll is a very important windows system file that is used/called up by many different programs/processes so the potential for it to become corrupted is not small.

If this file becomes damaged or corrupted, it can cause various applications to freeze or crash, which would explain your crashing issue. DISM and SFC commands should scan and replace any corrupt/damaged or missing files.

Has performing DISM and SFC commands fixed your crashing issue?
