Update 16.2 brought changes to item spawns on Erangel & Miramar in the normal gamemode.

Temporary G-Coin will always get used up first. There isn't a way to check how many are left to expire other than doing the math yourself based on your recent item purchases from the store im affraid.
The sound of the ace is horrible & it's way too loud. It sounds like it's 50m away when it's like 200m away.
