[2022] Ps4 progress to pc

So I have played Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege for a very long time and I have spent a lot of time and money. I aslo love that game and the problem is that my ubisoft was created from ps4 and I have playd it very long time and I bought a pc so I want to get all my progress from ps4 to pc. I need my progress. It has all from 4 years of playing your game. I have my level, skins, operators, elite skins. Yesterday I downloaded Rainbow Six Siege from ubisoft and logged in with the same account from ps4 to pc. The only thing that came whit it was my profile picture and name. I beg you to help me I need that progress plz. I dont want to restart of 4 years progress. I beg you to help me.
