I just get in a ranked game and my pc freezes and crashes and after a reboot i try to join another and it says 24 hour ban. Not fair and not cool ... ubi can you please fix/remove the ban ... i would really appreciate it , thank you

Please note, a 24-hour abandon sanction will only be given for multiple disconnects.

Unfortunately, no Ubisoft agent has the ability to adjust MMR on your account or remove sanctions.
