Just to confirm, yes, Quick Match, Unranked, and Ranked all have MMR systems. However, none of these have any impact on each other. For example, if you're playing against a Plat I in Quick Match, their Ranked MMR doesn't come into play when queuing for QM. Players in that elo rarely play Casual/Quick Match, so the likelihood of their QM MMR being around yours is likely.

I have seen plenty of requests to at least have at least Ranked's MMR factor into Quick Match, but I don't have any information to share about that at this time.

Tsk tsk tsk, I can't say the fact that I can now see my casual MMR on R6 tracker makes casual any less competitive for anyone, now I just need to actively defend my casual clout alongside my ranked one

Do you know when your Casual MMR began showing up there?
