I've already preformed the connectivity issues guide, which consisted of resetting hardware, flushing DNS and all that good stuff but I've had no luck. I'm not using any VPN's and my IGN is LonesomeGame

Have you tried manually setting your data center? This guide should help if you haven't already attempted this.
