[2022] rainbow six siege doesn't show in my games

Hi Ubi,
I recently bought r6s on ubisoft connect.
My friend who also bought the game like 2 minutes after i did had the game immediately in his my games section. On my account however it doesn't show to be purchased whilst my bank transactions suggest i bought it. I haven't got any clue why it doesn't appear in my library.
