Sent in report but was shot done because I didn't meet the minimium requirements to play the game when I was playing it just fine. Then got a new processor switching from a i5-3340 to i7-3770k. Tried tips again, nothing. Sent in report and that thing yall asked for. Then given reply that their was nothing they could do for me at this time.

Do you have your support ticket? I had Support look into tickets associated with your Steam account and could only find one ticket made today. I just wanted to follow up to make sure the ticket was handled appropriately for you.
