When I was playing ranked, for no reason the game started to detect a controller (without any being connected to my pc...)
So I lost some of my MMR and I was reported several times. Is it possible to enlighten me on this issue? And how do I cancel my penalties?

Thanks for reaching out to us with this.
There's nothing we can do in regards to your temporary bans or reports I'm afraid, as we have no facilities to remove / amend those, however we'd like to do what we can to resolve this control issue.
This was a previous issue which is understood to have been resolved in Year 6.
If you haven't done so already, could you please try verifying the game's files and let us know if there's any changes?
