I have been an ubisoft user for 5 years. I was unfairly banned during the game today. I opened a ticket but it was said that you used cheating, we banned it based on the evidence. I asked for the evidence, they didn't send it. I did not use cheating, they prohibit it unfairly, I request the issue to be taken seriously as soon as possible.

Hey there, FiddleFF. When an appeal is investigated and a final verdict is reached; support is unable to change the outcome of the appeal. Should this ban have been applied by BattlEye, you're welcome to reach out to their support teams regarding the sanction.

Hey guys,

Once a ban appeal has been denied we are unable to investigate further at support I am afraid,

When an appeal is logged we do indeed investigate thoroughly, if we find that the player shouldn't have been banned then at this stage they will be restored as normal.

Once an appeal decision is made however we cannot investigate further aside from the advice previously provided.
