[2020] Level 50 Ranked

Yeah, this is a really debated point in the community. Some folks feel that level 20 isn't enough time to really learn/ experience the game, but others, particularly folks that are moving from one platform to another and already know the game, can feel like moving up through the levels is a bit of a slog. I guess a solution here would be binding accounts? Maybe allow a lower clearance level for folks who already have experience with the game on another platform?
