So i bought the twitch starter pack on my main using steam, and everything was fine until i tried playing on my alt, there it told me when i launch i would get those items, and i press continue and it tells me there was a problem authenticating ownership, i can no longer play on that account, and i am really freaking out because it doesnt let

Based on your description, it looks like you might have one Steam account and two Ubisoft accounts. Your base game is linked to one, whilst your additional content might be linked with another one, and for that reason, you're unable to launch your game.
