Hi, I recently bought a new account and within minutes of opening the game, I was banned. It says that I have been banned due to cheating but I haven't cheated before. I bought my PC from a friend (used), because he was moving out and didn't want it anymore. I thought I was being smart by waiting for the sale but now my money is wasted. I don't know what the problem is but can someone help me fix it? I don't think I should be banned for my friend's actions, what are the next steps to being unbanned?
