Game crashes have been so frequent after the new update. Have a case filed to help me with my 24 hour ban but no chat support response. Ref no:12756917 help if you can really annoyed with the game.

Hey there.

Unfortunately temporary sanctions so cannot be lifted due to technical limitations I'm afraid though if you're being disconnected without warning then we will obviously endeavor to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Can I first of all ask you to attempt every step suggested here please? If the issue persists after doing so please get back to me to let me know.

I'm sorry to hear that. You mentioned BattlEye kicks you out, does it give you any specific error messages at all or does the game bring up any error messages? I've reviewed your msinfo/dxdiag files as well and it appears as though you're experiencing quite a lot crashes that seem to be pointing to your Nvidia display drivers. Can I ask you to try a clean installation of your Nvidia drivers?
