Hi Artifuse,

Thank you for reporting this to us.

What are you system specifications?

We would certainly advise ensuring that you have the latest Windows Updates.

Please also try running the game with Administration rights, as another user advised this helped them to get past this. You can find steps for this here.

Hey @Kulksior ,

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear you're unable to install Rainbow Six: Siege!

Just to confirm, are you attempting to install Rainbow Six: Siege and not any Test Server / Trial versions?

I'd also recommend signing out of and completely closing Ubisoft Connect before trying again with the client running as an admin.

Please let us know how you get on!

Hello @Kulksior sorry to see you are unable to download the game after trying to run it as an administrator in the Ubisoft Connect compatibility settings.

A few other things you can try that may resolve this Ubisoft Connect download issue are >

  • Check your anti-virus software, is the Ubisoft Connect launcher or game being quarantined or blocked from accessing the internet?

  • Check your Windows Firewall settings to see if Windows is blocking the apps from connecting to the internet > Open Windows Settings > Search for 'Windows Defender Firewall' > Select 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall' > 'Allow another app' > Add the game and any of its supported software to your accepted apps to allow these programs and stop Windows Firewall from believing they are a threat

  • Do you have enough free space on your hard drive? Have you tried installing the game to your C drive and any other drives you have?

  • Try Flushing your DNS internet settings, to reset and update any connections Ubisoft Connect is trying to use > Press the Windows button + S then type CMD > Right-click on the command prompt and run as administrator > Type the following exactly as it appears - ipconfig /flushdns > Then let the computer finish running its task

Hello @MANDII92 and welcome to Discussions,

I am sorry to hear you can't access the "Siege of Paris" because of the error. Could you please clarify if this is " Ubisoft Services not available" error?". Can you attach some images showing the error codes?
You can attach it directly to your post or upload to any hosting and the link can be shared with us on this thread.

If I understand you correctly, you play on both: Xbox One and series X?

Could you please go through the Xbox connectivity troubleshooting for Xbox One and Xbox series X if you haven't already done so and see if it helps?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
