Hello,

I am trying to set up cross progression between my Xbox and my pc, I want to transfer my Xbox data to my pc account. For my Ubisoft connect, I have them both signed into the same account. However, after i signed into the same account on my pc and my Xbox, now when I launch the game on my pc, The Ubisoft connect popup that comes up when you first try to launch the game says that it cannot verify my ownership, and that I need to contact customer support in order to get this issue resolved. Anyone else had this issue? and if so, did they say what they did to resolve the issue?

Hey @BogertYogurt! Sorry to hear you've encountered this error message.

If you're trying to launch the game through Steam, this error message is usually an indicator that you're starting the game with an account that isn't the one used for the initial activation of the Steam license of the game. To resolve this, you'd have to log out of Ubisoft Connect and then log back in with the correct account.
