I am going straight to the point. I cannot play with any of my friends because everyone on my friends list appears as offline. My friends have sent screenshots showing what they see my profile as, it is labeled as offline as well. I cannot make any groups or anything. I play the steam version of the game. All of my friends play on the Uplay version. Can anyone give me tips on how to fix this? I have had 0 problems before this new "Ubisoft Connect" stuff came out. Uplay worked fine.

To start, please follow these troubleshooting steps to ensure your connection to Ubisoft Services is ideal:

If you are still unable to see your Friends List in Uplay, please update us with the following information:

- How does the Friends List look (blank, won't load, infiinite loading, missing, etc)
- Approximate number of friends in the Friends List
- Amount of unread messages appearing upon login, if applicable
- Launcher logs (see below)


First, create a support ticket HERE.

Please follow the steps below to attach these files to the ticket.

1. Click on https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases
2. Enter your Ubisoft Account credentials, and click Login.
3. Click on your case number to find your incident.
4. Click "Attach documents".
5. Navigate to your Uplay PC Client installation folder, which will probably be in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs
6. Select the file "launcher_log.txt" and click Open.
7. Click "+Add Files"
8. Click "SUBMIT ATTACHMENTS" to complete the incident.

Once received, we will examine your information and get back to you on your support ticket as soon as we can.
