I can confirm that the glitch you're referring to is something that has been already brought up to our game team and is currently under review, therefore I do apologise about the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Going forward, if you ever want to report another player, you can either use in-game report feature, or alternatively, you can reach out to us via one of the following channels, and we will pass the report over:

1. Support website
2. Facebook
3. Twitter
