Hey there guys!
tactical_hamburger - may we please know more about which point the game is failing to launch?
Is it from the point of clicking 'Play' or is it crashing / getting stuck on a certain loading screen?
Additionally are you using Vulkan or DirectX?
Izanami -this is a general error code generated when a home network and the game's servers aren't able to communicate properly.
If you haven't done so already, could you please make sure that you have given all of the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com] a try and let us know how you get on.
